After successfully registering with us, you can search for the desired product, add it to your cart, complete the payment process, and place your order. You can track your relevant orders in the "My Orders" section.

No, there is no need to communicate with anyone outside of Grexon for any order or process.  

Your order will be delivered according to the delivery options and information provided during the order process. In case of any delays, you can contact our support team.

After your order is delivered, you can provide feedback about the process by selecting the "Rate" option on the order detail page.

You can edit your invoice address on your Grexon account by following the path "Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings - Customer Invoices - Customer Addresses."

If you lose your invoice, you can obtain a copy of the relevant invoice from our support team.

You can communicate with your sales representative and have the payment reference note added to the relevant order.

To place an order, you need to pay the full amount. You can create a return request for all products or for specific products within the order.

How can I change my payment method?

In the "Payment" section under Account Information, you can cancel or modify your registered payment information.
